The client is a couple working in Singapore, mostly coming back to Malaysia during the weekend.
They wish to have an intelligent swimming pool but want to remain the landscape area.

Therefore we made a foldable pool cover for it.

The outdoor laundry and storage area are covered by laminated glass awning. That stainless steel cabinet is suitable for Malaysia outdoor weather. The client specially requested the outdoor wet kitchen; they enjoy the outdoor cooking feeling. 
The industrial shop lot type of powder-coated sliding gate matches a modern frameless foldable glass panel, maximizing the daylight coming into the house.

Most of the loose furniture is reused in this project, such as the sofa, chairs, dining table set, shoe cabinet, solid wood cabinet, master closet, and master bedframe.

During the design progress, we spend time with the client to understand the meaning of each decorative item that needs to remain at the FengShui location so that we can design the layout plan.

The staircase area has two Buddha statue, so we draw a tree on the cement texture wall to make it looks like an art corner. 
​
The staircase steps applied timber texture tiles and pebble wash, functioning as a safety touchline. 
​
The newly added powder room walls and basin top in cement rendering, flooring is timber textured tiles and river stone. We maximized the industrial and outdoor natural feeling.

The GYM area folding glass window, when is fully opened can enjoy the feeling of outdoor jogging
