The client wants a cozy, clean, and open concept of minimalism. Therefore, we applied a lot of open shelves and display cabinets, as the client does have a lot of lovely decoration items to display.
The client also loves the sea blue color applied to the curtain, dining hall bench cushion, and kitchen cabinet.
The client preferred her comfortable dining table height at bar table height, so we increased the bench height to match back the sitting position requirement. There are a few storage drawers below the seating bench.
The kitchen cabinet is at 980mmH, as the client feels comfortable with this height.
We proposed a swing glass door and a fixed glass panel to divide the dry and wet kitchen. The laundry area is opposite the wet kitchen cooking hob.
Most condo properties do not have a storeroom identical to this unit, but, luckily, the exiting DB box area has a deep wall that allows the construction of a 750mmD storage cabinet. And the client is using a vacuum robot in the house, so we designed a charging area for the vacuum robot; it's at the left side cabinet skirting site.
We applied LED strip light in the storage cabinet and kitchen wall-hung shelf.
The pendant light for the Living Hall and Dining Hall is a finishing touchpoint for the space.

Master Bedroom
The client is an often traveler, so we proposed a large storage area at the tatami bed platform that can fit up to eight-unit of big luggage bags. The client loves an open wardrobe with many drawers, and we applied one pull-down cloth hanger accessory to increase the cloth hanging space.
The open wardrobe idea also applied to the parent room and guest room.
The tatami platform is handy for small bedroom designs. It can help in space-saving and layout control.

Guest Bedroom
The small guest room needs to fit in a single bed, closet, working table, and storage cabinet. So we applied the tatami platform to posh the single bed to the edge of the wall, use the build-in working table as a low partition, too, as it can provide some privacy and solve the FengShui issue bed facing the door.
The storage cabinet above the working desk uses the wall and RC slab to support the weight.
